Why does Sparkbooth display "Test failed. Invalid request" when testing QR Code photo sharing?
This error means Sparkbooth could not get an upload link from the QR Code Photos service. Try the following steps:
- Update Sparkbooth to the latest release (version 7.3 or newer).
- Log out of the QR Code Photos service in Sparkbooth and log in again to refresh your saved credentials.
- Create a new event on the QR Code Photos account page and select it in Sparkbooth instead of an older event.
- Set your computer's date, time, and time zone to update automatically. An incorrect clock prevents upload links from validating.
- Log in to your QR Code Photos account page and verify that your subscription is active.
- Restart Sparkbooth after changing settings so they take effect.
